    • Note Visa processing/service charges are strictly non-refundable.  For partial visa approvals, clients may avail of customized packages or services.  Full payment must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the flight date.  Room sharing arrangements may be twin, triple, or quadruple occupancy.  In most Singapore hotels, push showers may not be available.  Holidayz is not responsible for any immigration-related issues.  After visa approval, if any client chooses not to avail of the package, a 10% service charge will be applicable on the total package amount.  Package prices are subject to air ticket availability, and package confirmation will depend on seat and date availability.  Once the package is confirmed, services cannot be cancelled or postponed, and payments will not be refundable.  EMI facilities are available for payment convenience for up to 6 months; POS charges are included in the EMI facility.  Infants below 2 years will receive a 70% discount, and children aged 2 to 11 years will receive a 25% discount on the actual package price (excluding visa fees).  Malaysia Tourism Tax of 10 Ringgit and Dubai Tourism Tax of 20 Dirham per room, per night must be paid by the client directly.  Hotels in any country may require a refundable Security Deposit (SD) during check-in, which must be paid by the client and will be refunded at checkout.  Please collect the Arrival Card (for Malaysia and Singapore) and Emuga (for Maldives) from the sales representative.  Holidayz can only process visa applications and does not guarantee visa approval. Visa approval depends entirely on the respective embassy.  Before departure, clients must collect and verify all booking documents (air tickets, hotel bookings, and service vouchers) from the concerned sales representative.  Holidayz is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or refund policies, as these are subject to the respective airline’s own policy.
